  • Fluency in Ukrainian is a must (experience in this industry is not required)

  • Support and development of the pharmacovigilance system in the Company
  • Monitoring of individual safety reports in the database on the safety of medicines from all sources of information
  • Ensuring proper assessment of the severity, predictability, inclusion in the instructions for medical use of all collected/received individual safety reports, regardless of the sources of its receipt in accordance with company standards and established terminology
  • Entering information about adverse events and incidents into the corporate electronic system
  • Submission of periodic safety reports/information from urgent reports to the relevant regulatory authorities in Ukraine
  • Ensuring accounting and storage of documents on the safety of medicines in accordance with the company's global procedures, requirements of local legislation
  • Preparation of urgent reports and supporting documents (if necessary) for submission to regulatory authorities
  • Together with senior manager, develop standard operating procedures that govern the work of the department within its competence
  • Literature monitoring - search for information on the safety of medicines in accordance with the requirements of the legislation
  • Conduction of work related to the activities of the department (interaction with contractors, etc.)
  • Conduction of trainings for the Company's employees on the procedure of reporting on medicines safety
  • Education: medical, pharmaceutical, biological is a must
