Requirements:

  • Experience in sales in the industrial market or technical field
  • Technical education or understanding of the basics of industrial technologies (mechanics, engineering, automation)
  • Ability to quickly navigate technical information and find effective solutions for clients
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships
  • Negotiation skills at various levels, from technical specialists to top management
  • Initiative, proactivity, and strong results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to make tough decisions and take responsibility for the results
  • Experience with CRM systems and confident use of the MS Office suite
  • Mobility, with a valid Category B driver's license and willingness to travel

Responsibiities:

  • Develop the business: actively attract new clients in the industrial market and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners
  • Identify client needs: deeply analyze the specifics of industrial enterprises to offer effective technical solutions
  • Consult on technical matters: provide clients with detailed recommendations on the selection and application of the company's products
  • Negotiate: work with technical specialists, engineers, and production managers to close profitable deals
  • Manage the sales cycle: control all stages of the process — from the first contact to contract signing and post-sales support
  • Expand professional connections: represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and business events
  • Build partnerships: establish trusting and mutually beneficial relationships with clients that become the foundation for joint growth
  • Think strategically: seek new opportunities to develop partnerships and achieve ambitious goals
