Requirements:

  • Higher education in Marketing or PR, preferably with additional education in this field.
  • Experience in website management, content uploading, and website analytics (knowledge of TYPO3 and Piwik Analytics is a plus).
  • Experience in managing company social media pages for at least 2 years.
  • Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, and present information.
  • Experience in organizing corporate events.
  • Result-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
  • Proficient in MS Office and 1C.
  • Fluent in Ukrainian with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
  • Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them.

Responsibiities:

  • Managing the brand's social media: creating engaging content, interacting with the audience, and analyzing results.
  • Website content management: collaborating with an agency to ensure up-to-date information and attractive design.
  • Promoting services and brand awareness: developing and implementing marketing campaigns, increasing brand visibility.
  • Promoting Sustainable projects: communicating the company's environmental initiatives and building a positive image.
  • Implementing large-scale PR and advertising projects: organizing press conferences, launching advertising campaigns, and evaluating effectiveness.
  • Writing articles and press releases: creating high-quality content for the media and other communication channels.
  • Working with the media: establishing and maintaining contacts with journalists, organizing interviews and publications.
  • Organizing events: organizing events for clients, partners, and employees.
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities: evaluating campaign results and making adjustments to achieve better results.
  • Participating in other company projects: actively participating in various initiatives that contribute to the company's development.
