NIKO Auto Holding, one of the key players in Ukraine’s automotive sales market, is seeking a Corporate Car Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for sales, experience working with B2B clients, and are ready to grow your career in a stable and supportive environment — we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or B2B sector
  • Strong negotiation and client management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Solid knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Good understanding of the automotive market, including brand and model specifics
  • Experience participating in tenders is a plus
  • Confident user of MS Office and 1C software
  • A portfolio of potential clients would be an advantage
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

Responsibiities:

  • Actively identify and attract new corporate clients
  • Provide consultations and tailored recommendations on vehicle options and additional equipment
  • Draft, negotiate, and finalize vehicle purchase agreements
  • Manage the entire client journey — from initial contact to vehicle handover — and ensure ongoing collaboration
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients
  • Conduct negotiations with company executives and large business clients
  • Represent the company at presentations, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis
