Requirements:

Due to the expansion of the company's export department, a vacancy for an export manager has been opened.

Candidate requirements:

  • experience in successful large-scale export sales of agricultural products (cereals/legumes/niche crops) for export;
  • experience in successful negotiations, conclusion of international agreements, support and control of full implementation of agreements;
  • deep understanding of the agricultural export market, international and domestic market tendencies;
  • knowledge and successful implementation of the sales techniques;
  • strong command of spoken and written English, not lower than Upper-Intermediate level;
  • good skills in business communication and correspondence, competent preparation of documents;
  • confident user of PC, MS Office and office equipment;
  • attentiveness to details and deadlines, methodical work;
  • goal commitment, ambitiousness, punctuality, determination and desire to develop;
  • work experience in a similar position.

Responsibiities:

  • increasing of export volume, development of new markets and sales countries;
  • maintaining a high service level for the existing clients, searching for new and potential foreign clients;
  • expansion of the existing base and search for new potential suppliers of grains and legumes in Ukraine;
  • conducting negotiations, conclusion of foreign economic contracts, execution of contracts;
  • monitoring of the international and Ukrainian markets;
  • analysis, planning and budgeting of export sales;
  • preparation of commercial offers, conducting presentations and negotiations;
  • conducting work in the company's CRM system.
