Requirements:

  • Complete higher education (law, economics)
  • Experience in government agencies / consulting / project management / large companies in the field of interaction with government agencies for at least 2 years
  • Knowledge of English at a level not lower than B2
  • Ability to respond quickly to change, focus on achieving goals, leadership skills, resilience

Responsibiities:

  • Communication with state authorities on the promotion of regulatory changes initiated by the Company (CMU, VRU, NEURC, President’s Office of Ukraine, Antitrust Committee)
  • Legal-analytical work on preparation of information notes, analysis of issues, letters, appeals to state authorities about the need of regulatory changes, resolution of regulatory issues
  • Organization and preparation to the meetings of the Company's top management with representatives of state authorities
  • Participation in meetings, working groups, meetings of state authorities in order to represent and defend the interests of the Company
  • Monitoring of decision-making process of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the NEURC, which may have a potential impact on the Company's activities; establishing and maintaining communication with relevant market associations, public organizations, business associations, donor projects on the possibility of promoting regulatory changes initiated by the Company
  • Interaction with structural subdivisions of the Company on systematization of regulatory issues of the Company, preparation of plans for promotion of regulatory changes, resolution of regulatory issues of the Company
