Requirements:

  • Have a high degree (preferably technical)
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in selling complex technical products
  • Have experience in construction projects: negotiating with general contractors, developers, architects, and investors
  • Have experience with tenders: preparing documentation, analyzing terms, interacting with clients, and evaluating competitors
  • Have proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint is mandatory; knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp is an advantage
  • Have ability to read blueprints and understand project documentation
  • Have competence in coordinating all project stages, from initial client contact to system installation and maintenance
  • Have ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
  • Have strong self-management skills: planning, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines
  • Have creativity in finding unique solutions for competitive advantages
  • Have a good level of English for communication with partners and colleagues (written)
  • Have willingness to travel frequently within Ukraine
  • Have driving license (B)

Responsibiities:

  • Market analysis and identification of potential clients (architects, developers, designers)
  • Building long-term partnerships with clients
  • Consulting clients on selecting Reynaers systems
  • Preparing commercial offers, contracts, and supporting documents
  • Negotiating and finalizing agreements
  • Managing projects at all stages: from documentation preparation to delivery
  • Collaborating with architects and designers to integrate Reynaers products into projects
  • Coordinating work with company departments
  • Participating in presentations, exhibitions, and other marketing events
  • Maintaining a client and project database in the CRM system
  • Preparing regular sales performance reports
  • Monitoring competitors
