Requirements:

  • Higher education in statistics, economics, finance, or related fields.
  • Relevant certifications and additional education in the field are a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in research and analytics tied to strategic decision-making.
  • Experience in developing and implementing research strategies.
  • English language proficiency at the B2 level.
  • Advanced expertise in analytical tools and software.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-specialists.
  • Knowledge of modern methods for data collection, processing, and analysis.
  • Ability to effectively manage a team of researchers and analysts.
  • High-level analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present research findings at a high level.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle large volumes of information.

Responsibiities:

Purpose of the position:

To provide the company with the information and analytical data necessary for the development of effective marketing strategies and making strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop a research strategy to support product development strategies. Define priority research areas to align with business goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct research into existing and potential clients, industry trends, market shares, and other factors that can impact the business.
  • Competitive Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape, studying competing companies, their products, pricing policies, business models, and conducting comparative analyses to identify strengths and weaknesses relative to competitors.
  • Market Feedback Project: Manage the overall project, including planning, methodology, selecting information-gathering channels, developing technical specifications, defining methodology and interview participants, controlling plan execution, and creating a final report with well-founded hypotheses and product improvement recommendations.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze collected data, develop reports and presentations for top management, containing recommendations and strategic insights based on the research.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, product development strategies, and market positioning strategies based on collected data and market analysis.
  • Business and Product Metrics Analysis: Define key business metrics for measuring the success of strategies and product initiatives. Analyze data and metrics to identify potential opportunities, solve problems, and adjust strategies. Compare business and product metrics with competitors to form strategies for improving competitiveness.
  • Industry and Market Monitoring: Track changes in the industry and the market, adapting the company’s strategy in response to new demands and opportunities.
  • Research Resource Management: Identify and analyze relevant research materials and information sources to support decision-making within the company.
  • Team Development: Build a strong, high-performing team capable of successfully implementing strategies for business growth and product development.
  • Team Performance Measurement: Regularly measure and evaluate team performance. Identify ways to improve team effectiveness and implement necessary changes.
