Requirements:

• higher education;
• work experience in the industry from the 1st year;
• work experience in management positions from the 1st year with a staff of subordinates - from 3 people (will be an advantage);
• knowledge of spoken English;
• understanding of the basic principles of marketing;
• understanding of customer attraction mechanisms;
• initiative, diligence, stress resistance, exceptional legal literacy, creative thinking, critical thinking, ability to find ways to resolve crisis situations.

Responsibiities:

• attracting new clients;
• direct participation in the development and formation of marketing strategies for attracting clients (b2b and b2c);
• formation of the work of the practice (department);
• attraction of new employees to the practice (department). Formation of a strong team.
• training of subordinate lawyers/advocates;
• monthly reporting on the results of the practice (department) to the company's management;
• provision of consultations on migration law and immigration issues;
• legal support for non-residents, issuing invitations to foreigners, appealing decisions, actions or inactions of officials and officials;
• support in obtaining visas to all countries of the world (Eurozone countries, Canada, USA, Great Britain, Asian countries, etc.);
• support in obtaining temporary protection status;
• support in the United for Ukraine program and other similar programs;
• support in obtaining temporary residence permits, permanent residence permits, citizenship of various countries of the world;
• legalization in any country of the world on the grounds of investment, business, family ties, etc.;
• providing comments for the media;
• participation in various initiatives, such as: developing new practice tools and service areas, writing articles for publications, filming thematic videos.
