Requirements:

  • Have a high technical degree (or technical professional)
  • Have at least 1 year of experience within the production industry
  • Have a good level of English
  • Be responsible and ready to do work properly

Responsibiities:

  • Ensure the implementation of tasks aimed at improving product quality
  • Participate in the development, improvement, and implementation of the quality management system and monitor compliance with it
  • Analyze information obtained at various stages of product manufacturing, work (services), and quality indicators, and take measures to prevent the release of products, work, or services that do not meet established requirements
  • Review and analyze claims and complaints regarding product, work, or service quality, prepare conclusions, and handle correspondence based on the results of such reviews
  • Investigate causes leading to deterioration in product (work, service) quality and participate in developing measures to eliminate them
  • Reviews and analyzes claims and complaints regarding the quality of products, work (services), prepares conclusions, and handles correspondence based on the review results
  • Communicates with customers, consults them on issues raised in complaints. If possible, resolves requests over the phone (first-line support). Identifies and resolves issues independently or with the involvement of specialists from other departments if needed
  • Controls the shipment (return) of goods to the customer after complaint review, maintaining contact until full resolution
  • Analyzes and systematically monitors the documentation workflow related to claims
  • Quickly handles non-standard complaints and finds mutually beneficial solutions that satisfy both the company and the customer
  • Maintains reports on complaint handling and is responsible for primary documentation
  • Prepare conclusions on the compliance of the quality of raw materials, materials, semi-finished products, and components supplied to the company with standards and technical specifications, and draft documents for filing claims against suppliers
  • Undergo certification audits, including ISO and Qualicoat
  • Participate in developing methodologies and instructions for current quality control during product manufacturing, testing of finished goods, and preparation of documents certifying their quality
  • Develop and organize the implementation of measures based on the results of state supervision, interdepartmental, and departmental controls over the implementation and compliance with standards and technical specifications for product quality, as well as preparing products for certification and attestation
  • Maintain records and prepare reports on the company's activities in quality management
  • Performs current and long-term tasks of the quality department
  • Interacts with manufacturers, contractors, and service providers
