  • Education: Bachelor or Master diploma in business administration or finance and economics or engineering
  • English language: fluent with advanced presentational skills
  • Years of experience in sales: 15+ in sales, 10+ leading corporate international sales organization
  • Industrial background: stainless steel products, tubes and pipes; commodities and raw materials, machinery


  • As a member of the team of the firm’s TOP 5 corporate executives, the CSO is responsible for the development of the overall Corporate Strategy, its revisions and updates as well as Annual Budget in accordance with the current market realities, and in accordance with the firm’s goals, “Evolutionary Path”, and its culture and values
  • The CSO is responsible for the efficient and seamless organization and operations of Sales and Marketing teams in all markets and offices worldwide, and its front and back offices
  • The CSO nurtures the members of the Sales and Marketing teams with ideals and values adopted by the Company and those reflected in “Evolutionary Path” as well as behavioral qualities associated with non-monetary incentives of the personnel, improving trustworthiness, transparency, and minimizing management and budget’s gamesmanship
  • The CSO will encourage, support and improve participation and cooperation of the members of Sales and Marketing team in Corporate business affairs, such as development of new products, development of SAP and CRM systems, business processes improvement, personnel productivity, etc.

  • Location of service: It is expected that COS would stay equal amount of time at HQ of the Company (Nikopol, Dniepropetrovsk region) and on the field, visiting his sales offices and clients
