Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in positions such as Sales Director, VP of Sales, or Head of Sales in B2B SaaS, IT, or LegalTech industries.

• Experience managing large sales, support, and onboarding teams (from 20 people).

• In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, analytics, revenue forecasting, and sales performance management.

• Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work with large clients.

• Higher education (Economics, Management, Marketing, or related fields).

• English – B2+/C1 (for working with international partners).

Responsibiities:

1. Achieving Sales Plans

a. Execute sales plans in line with the company’s business objectives.

b. Define key KPIs for the sales team and ensure their fulfillment.

c. Optimize the sales funnel and increase conversion rates at each stage.

d. Monitor market trends and adjust the sales strategy accordingly.

e. Increase the average customer transaction value, retain and develop the client base.

f. Control the achievement of financial targets.

2. Sales Strategy and Business Development

a. Improve sales efficiency by optimizing channels and sales processes.

b. Develop strategies to enter new markets and expand the client base.

c. Analyze the market and competitive environment, identifying key growth areas.

d. Optimize sales across market segments.

e. Automate business processes in the CRM system.

3. Team Management

a. Form and manage sales, onboarding, and customer retention departments.

b. Develop and implement training and development programs for sales managers.

c. Monitor department KPIs, ensuring annual and quarterly plans are met.

4. Process Optimization, Onboarding, and Client Retention

a. Implement an efficient client onboarding process to increase engagement.

b. Develop the Customer Success function to reduce churn rate.

c. Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to improve the user experience (UX/UI).

5. Financial and Operational Control

a. Create department budgets and control expenses.

b. Build Revenue Forecasting and predict company income.

c. Optimize unit economics of sales and control key performance indicators.
