Management Development Center Team Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting team in various tasks related to business community training and development. This position involves assisting with the coordination, administration, and implementation of learning programs and initiatives. The MDC Team Assistant works closely with team members to ensure the smooth execution of training programs, maintenance of learning management systems, and facilitation of a positive learning experience for employees of the EBA members companies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate Training Programs: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and logistics of training programs (online and offline). This may involve coordinating with trainers, organizing training materials, and maintaining training schedules.
  2. Administration and Documentation: Support the MDC team in administrative tasks such as maintaining training records, preparing training materials, and tracking attendance. Ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation is crucial for maintaining compliance and effectiveness of training programs.
  3. Communication and Support: Serve as a point of contact for MDC clients regarding training programs, providing timely and accurate information, addressing training-related inquiries, and resolving issues. Collaborate with team members to effectively communicate training opportunities and updates.
  4. Evaluation and Feedback: Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback from participants, analyzing data, and preparing reports. Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for enhancement and proposing solutions.
  5. Training Development Support: Collaborate with the MDC team to research and gather content for training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and online resources. Contribute to the development and enhancement of training materials and resources to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

Requirements:

  • Academic background; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a training or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to work.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Ukrainian
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
