Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and develop offers, implement their follow-up and negotiate the technical chapters included in the contracts and defines prices
  • Process requests for further maintenance of all procedures related to accommodation and conference/catering facilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of annual marketing plans to meet company objectives and improve sales efficiency
  • Work closely with the local and national sales team to communicate key messages and strategic offers to target accounts
  • Further develop existing relationships with corporate partners and consortia
  • Collect commercial information about the area assigned: customers, prices, competitors
  • Promote Radisson Blu Hotel Kyiv Podil as the best business hotel in the city
  • Perform show-rounds to sell and promote hotel facilities in order to maximize revenue
  • Daily sales cold calls, outside and inside meetings with existing and new clients
  • Attend specific exhibitions and events in order to find new business

Requirements:

  • Excellent presentation and strong relationship building skills
  • Knowledge of local market
  • Well organized with good communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong account management skills
  • Team player
  • Preferably with 1-2 years sales experience in hotels or similar environment
  • Advanced written and spoken English
