General Requirements:

  • Higher Education
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Ukrainian
  • Computer proficiency: excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Photoshop, Dream Viewer, Photo and Video Editors, Canva, Terrasoft CRM
  • Good level of event coordination & organisation skills, time-management, multitasking
  • High level of punctuality, responsibility and attention to details
  • Ability to deliver high quality outputs within challenging deadlines
  • Being a team-player and able to work independently
  • Initiativeness

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain & develop EBA Management Development Centre
  • Organise and control event preparation process: open lectures, trainings, development programmes, сompany visits and business games
  • Draft and coordinate correspondence
  • Organise invitations sending and registration process
  • Place information about events on the EBA web-site
  • Translate invitations and reports (Eng/Ukr)
  • Communicate with participants and partners
  • Create new graphic material, infographics, electronic publications for internal and external information sources to support and promote development projects
  • Make short videos on MDC events
