We are glad to announce that the Government adopted the Technical Regulations on limitation of usage of hazard substances in consumer electronics (RoHS-2) №139 dated 10 March 2017. State authorities took into account proposals of the EBA Consumer Electronics Committee related to the form of Declaration of Conformity and exclusion of batteries from the scope of RoHS-2. The RoHS-2 is harmonized with the relevant EU Directive and will enter into force in 6 months.
