The Bravery Award honors companies that fearlessly navigate the turbulent waters of wartime in Ukraine. We are proud of your resilience, remarkable adaptability, and commitment to conducting business in Ukraine.
From the first days of operation, the DKT (Computer Engineering Achievements) company specialized in the field of supplying portable computers. It is worth recalling that at the time of its appearance in 1993, there was practically no possibility to purchase laptops on the Ukrainian market other than by pre-order.
That is why the appearance of a sales hall in the center of Kyiv, where you could get to know mobile PCs with your own eyes and purchase them without delay in delivery, aroused great interest among buyers. The success of DKT in creating a stable supply channel for laptops in Ukraine is evidenced by the fact that the company owned about 50% of the market of portable computers in the period from 1993 to 2001.
During the long period of its development, VKT combined the expansion of its own retail network and the expansion of the partner network. By 2003, there were more than 60 dealers of the company working all over Ukraine. And DKT retail had four stores in the center of Kyiv. The work of the corporate division was also successful, as a result of which tenders were won for the supply of laptops to such clients as UMC, Kyivstar, UIA, CocaCola, Winner Ford, the Administration of the President of Ukraine and many others.
