  Marketing is important having no doubt. It is used as by transnational giant with huge budgets and by small-scale company. Even at the individual level, the using of some marketing tools is significant for a career and realization. Mostly, successful marketing deals with changes and provides timely adjustments to the companys development strategy. Therefore, the EBA Odesa Office has dedicated the Marketing Committee meeting to trends in 2018. The event was composed of two parts. In the beginning, co-founders of the creative agency 4Press Katerina Vershinina and Andriy Salamatov, the Chairman of EBA Odesa Marketing Committee, clued current trends for Ukrainian business. Speakers talked about generation theory, personal brand and communication, targeting, marketing audit and design thinking. Moreover, they paid attention on issues for consideration in order to be ready for competition. The second part was held in Q & A format, where the participants had an opportunity to get answers on their questions and share experiences. Also, the speakers offered marketing solution algorithms and tools for analyzing competitors and identifying the target audience, usage peculiarities of various communication channels. So, marketing is not a separate mesure, but the complex of all actions and effective instruments, be using for companies development.
