The technical progress, free access to information, speed of copy-making are against the business, forcing you to make decisions quickly. The probability of the right decision on such business issues as launching new products and services, researching competitors and buyers, increasing profitability provides the data. The more information is – the higher probability is. Thus, the EBA Odesa Marketing Committee on 23rd of November was dedicated to business analytics.

Speakers Katerina Vershinina and Andriy Salamatov, co-founders of the creative agency 4press, spoke about operational intelligence activities without investing significant resources. Also participants got to know about the so-called “cold analyst”, which was represented by methods of ready-made research, mappings, questionnaires and benchmarking, and about “hot analytics”, which include in-depth interviews, insights, consumer scenario, company employee survey, MVP and KPI .

Besides, during the meeting by the general voting of the participants Andriy Salamatov was unanimously elected as Chairman of the Committee. Our congratulations to Mr. Andriy and wishes of more and more creative achievements!
