A mountainous pile of papers, tones of archives, thousands of contracts is the reality of almost every company. At a meeting of the EBA Odesa Finance and Tax Committee, which was held on June 20, 2017, participants learned how to change this reality, getting rid of papers and starting to use e-document flow. So far as saving administrative costs when starting to use e-document flow is about 70%.

Speakers were Olena Kalinina, Senior Associate in labor and tax law at ILF Law Firm and Volodymyr Onuchak, Head of Sales Department “Vchasno”, who highlighted a topic “7 reasons to start using e-document flow by the end of the year”. Participants learned how to fulfil their dream on digital processes of document flow in a company, improve business efficiency, unburden personnel and find time for priority tasks, reduce costs of an enterprise, increase customer loyalty, speed up the process of signing and receiving documents, increase reliability and security of document storage.
