Every year, the reputation of an employer becomes more and more important. Employees need to see the essence and purpose of their work, trust the company, where they work, grow professionally, engage in such a way to build long-term plans for the future.
On January 24 we were the coorginizers of “Randstad Employer Brand Research 2019” presentation from ANCOR Personnel Holding. For 18 years, Randstad Employer Brand Research has spread to nearly 6,000 organizations around the world. In 2019, 32 countries will participate in the project. From 2016, the international research partner is Kantar TNS.
The results of this research and award ceremony will be in spring.
