  When related to marginality dynamics or business efficiency increase issues arise - owners and managers often appeal to the financial and material aspects of their business. But just a few dwell on the analysis and the impact on employees. It’s one of the biggest factor in the activity and formation of any business. To understand the importance of the right HR strategy creation and the impact of Marketing tools on this process, the EBA Southern Ukrainian Office held a joint Marketing and HR Committees’ meeting in Odesa. Angela Poddubna, HRD RedHead Family Corporation, became the event speaker. In her speech, Ms. Angela noted that marketing has long used HR for solving its tasks: search and selection of talents, development of a motivation system and training of the marketing department employees’. While HR doesnt always use marketing to handle new challenges dictated by the market. But it was cardinally changed for the last years, as world corporations strategies were changed. Technologies have made many processes outdated. Those methods of staff attracting and retention which are effective for generation X, are useless for generation Y. Moreover, so-called Z-s (2003-2023) are on the way, this is a generation that “has his own agenda”. Statistically, such employees indicators as the “happiness level” and proper mood mostly affect the business efficiency. According to a current data, optimistic employees for 37% more effectively perform their work than pessimists. The speaker talked about HR strategies and tools to work employees up for a positive mood and motivating their work. Participants learned how differently such strategies influence on various generations and attitudes to life and how to properly approach each employee. So, Marketing and HR really make a sense of uniting, because they have common goals: people attracting and retention for increasing their work timeline in the company and transforming them to ambassadors for the benefit of the Brand.
