Khrystyna Kurhanska for the national online school from DiYa.Business: Ol.factory as a case of successful Ukrainian business

09/ 10/ 2020
How to start your business from scratch? How is effective communication built? Why is learning and motivation as important as sales and profits? Anyone who opens a business in Ukraine will inevitably face these issues, as the business component in education has not yet reached the required level. That is why the state has created a powerful online platform to support start-up entrepreneurs - Diya.Biznes. Ol.factory team is proud that our CEO, olfactory specialist Khrystyna Kurhanska took part in one of the projects of the platform 10 steps to start your business - a short capacious course on business for beginners, where professionals share knowledge and experience in doing business . The school itself is an educational series in the format of ten-minute videos, after which you can take a short test to consolidate knowledge. In fact, it will take you about as much time to watch as a regular movie, but you will get the right amount of basic knowledge to understand how to do business effectively. It is also important that the portal received strong support from both the private sector and the state. The series was developed as part of the Women Biz Camp project with the support of the USAID Competitive Economy of Ukraine program for the National Online School of Entrepreneurs, launched by the Ministry of Digital Transformation in partnership with the International Finance Corporation (IFC). In the series you will learn how to find a business idea, how to manage finances, what are business strategies, how to legalize your business, why partnership is so important, what are the strategies for business, how to improve service, what is SMM and how to find new customers. Each series is a mini-interview with a specialist in his/her field, whose experience has been tested for years. We especially appreciate that Christina is finalizing the whole course, sharing her own experience of managing the company Ol.factory. She proves by her own example that you can become a successful entrepreneur if you really burn with what you do, constantly improve your knowledge and work with an experienced professional team. In the end, thanks to Khrystyna, we became the first company to position aroma marketing on the Ukrainian market as an effective tool for developing a brand strategy. Ol.factorys key mission is to convey a sense of business through fragrances. The main position: with the help of smells you can control a persons mood through deep subconscious associations. Ol.factory with the help of fragrance fills the brand with emotions: our specialists create unique olfactory compositions, combining different mono-fragrances, based on the ideas and goals of the company. If earlier the main message of the company was expressed by means of the text and a visual part, now it can be made by means of a smell!Aroma branding changes the perception of communication strategy with customers, no more obsessive advertising, only three-dimensional feelings. Another important point is that together with Khrystyna we demonstrate that nothing is impossible for women entrepreneurs in Ukraine. Niche perfume boutique KAMANA and Ol.factory are a direct confirmation of that. We believe that the trends of 2021 will be both small and large enterprises, where there is no place for gender stereotypes, and the most valuable will be competence, creative thinking and the desire to make our country even more competitive in the world market. More and more participants who have completed Women Biz Camp are inspired by the example of successful businesswomen and open their own business. Mechanics: go to the portal Diya.Biznes, open a course, register and take your first 10 steps to business with Christina and other experts. We are sure that the National Online School for Entrepreneurs is the most valuable milestone for Ukraine, because more and more knowledge and skills are becoming available - all you need is Internet access and some time. Watch, listen, get inspired and achieve your goal. If you are interested in the success of Ol.factory, we will be happy to share the history and details in person in our olfactory space (Kyiv, 100 Velyka Vasylkivska Street, Toronto-Kyiv Complex).
