The European Business Association invites you to a meeting with representatives of the STS Kyiv office, which will be held on February 13 at 10:30 in an online format. Agenda: 1. Changes in the practice of enforcing court decisions. Will court decisions that have entered into legal force be enforced? Will the tax office continue to appeal second-instance court decisions that favor the company? 2. Changes in the issues of blocking tax invoices. What has changed in the requirements for the package of documents for unblocking the PN/RK? Who can submit information tables to prevent the blocking of invoices? 3. If a business entity has submitted an Application for receiving letters through the Electronic Cabinet (EC), but information about issued licenses for excisable goods is not received, can the business entity receive an Extract from the Register or an Extract from the Decision on issuing a license not in the EC, but physically in the territorial unit of the State Tax Service in paper form? 4. When will the form of an extract from the register on issuing a license (making the next payment) be approved. When will this functionality function? 5. Can a business entity be issued an extract from the register on licenses in paper form? If not, what prohibits this? 6. What are the terms for issuing an extract from the register on licenses? 7. Will the EC receive information about the need to make the next payment? 8. Will the extract contain data on the period for which the next quarterly payment was made for licenses for the retail trade of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, as well as for fuel storage? 9. Will the Extract from the Register contain data on the RROs included in the license? 10. If the old paper license is still valid in 2025, where will the information about making the next payment be contained? 11. Is it possible to provide access to the EC not only to the director and accountant, to control correspondence and information regarding licenses, as well as to submit applications for the issuance/extension of licenses?
