Everyone is aware of the importance of a healthy, balanced diet but not everyone can precisely tell what food choices are useful or harmful. There are also a lot of myths and misunderstandings around the essence of healthy eating. Therefore, join our next meeting «Nutrition: generation gap at home» to better understand the food you eat and how it affects your and your loved ones’ health. Besides, we will learn the answers to the following questions:

  • How to gain healthy eating habits and encourage your family to do the same?
  • What to eat in quarantine to improve immunity?
  • How can food solve problems with sleep, weight, and stress?
  • Is the children’s diet different from the one for adults?

This online meeting is scheduled for 10 December, 11:00, and will be streamed via Zoom.

Svitlana Fus, Nutrition Doctor of the highest category, Head of the Center of weight normalization
