  EBA General Meeting with Olga Stefanishyna, Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration. Date: 27 July2022. Time: 15:00 16:00. Language: Ukrainian (without translation). Place: ONLINE via Zoom. The EU candidate status is the precondition for the future growth of the Ukrainian economy and a very important signal for businesses that work in Ukraine. Obviously, Ukraine still needs to implement reforms and bring its regulation for business, investment, and trade to EU standards. So, when, how, and what exactly should be done further – we’ll find out at our meeting with Olga Stefanishyna, Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine. This online meeting is scheduled for July 27, 15:00, and will be streamed via Zoom. The link to the live stream will be provided after the registration. For the general picture, we will have a look at the prospects of full membership and the tasks for Ukraine in this regard. We will also talk about the renewal of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement, the conclusion of the ACAA Agreement in priority areas, temporary trade liberalization, cooperation with EU institutions, accelerated economic integration, and the problem of double taxation on the income of Ukrainians abroad.  Also, business would like to learn about the list of EU Directives and Regulations that Ukraine must adopt as a candidate for membership.
