In order to significantly prolong life, it makes sense to fight not the diseases, but the aging of the body. Aging is the main risk factor for all diseases. At age 20, cancer, diabetes, tachycardia are exceptions to the rule. At age 70, this is actually the norm. Because the main disease of humanity is aging. Earlier, it was assumed that aging is affected by genes, but today scientists have revised their point of view. Today it is considered that health and life expectancy depends on environmental factors – by 20%, medical support – by 15%, genetics – by 15%. The other 50% is your lifestyle.
