“We entered into an era of serious struggle – between a man and a robot for the right to govern us. And in order to win, it is important for us, as never before, to understand our own humanity and how we are constructed. Answers to the challenges of the future are in the human brain. Our emotions are born and the decisions are made there. Knowledge of how the brain functions, will soon become a hygienic norm for all who work in interaction with another person. We entered the era of neuromanagement”. (Natalya Kadia)

Neuroscience clearly explains why information “flies  in one ear and out the other” and therefore we now know, why effective learning is difficult and how to remember new data properly, what for to create a habit of learning and how to make your own development and learning of your teams effective.
