Participants are challenged to identify the most appropriate approaches to coaching, goals, and actions for turning around a team that currently is not performing well. Coach Business Simulation highlights the results of 30+ years of human motivation and achievement research, in particular, the work of Professor David McClelland of Harvard University and Dr J. Clayton Lafferty of Human Synergistics. This simulation is fun and interactive. This business game is aimed at: generating the different perspectives, leading to energetic discussion on a wide variety of leadership issues; questioning the participants’ assumptions about motivating individuals and teams in a non-threatening way; highlighting the importance of achievement motivation in creating excellence within organizations.
