EBA Management Development Center team together with Braintuition invite you to join the Workshop: Business Transformations: Customer Centricity. Business transformations consist of three main directions: customer centricity, strategic flexibility and innovations. During the open lecture we will understand what is customer centricity based on, how could be implemented within the company, what instruments should be used to do it. Design thinking will be overviewed as well, you will pass all the stages of its instrument, understand its simplicity in usage.
