Theory was opened by American scientists Neil Howe and William Straus. Authors analyzed the USA history and found out an interesting consistency. They defined the periods when the majority of people have similar values. Validity is the significancy of events and real objects due to their coincidence or inconsistency with demands of society, social groups and personalities.
