Methods and tools: Case studies Role plays Simulations Feedback and reflection Intercultural Communication Styles Inventory (ICS)  TARGET AUDIENCE: HR Specialists, Professionals who work in a cross cultural environment on a regular basis; Professionals who are moving to a different country, division or department. After participating in the training you will: Understand the fundamentals of intercultural competence theory and studies; Gain experience in intercultural situations by providing various group exercises and practical examples; Build team spirit and better decision making by integrating cultural differences; Enhance the competence of the participants to act professionally in a multinational working environment and collaborate with diverse intercultural teams; See that cross cultural teams can be much more effective and creative than homogenous teams Having successfully finished the training, you will receive a certificate of completion.Trainers.
