  Leadership training via EBA and MBA Kids. Date: 06 December2018. Time: 16:30 18:00. Language: Ukrainian. Place: European Business Association office. European Business Association together with the School of Entrepreneurship and Leadership for Kids and Teens MBA Kids invites teens from 12 to 14 years to train their leadership skills. During an hour and a half each participant will deep into the world of leadership and receive answers to the questions: Who is a leader? What are the qualities and skills of a modern leader? Why should a teenager be a leader? What is your role in the team? Self-assessment and leadership development plan. In addition to the dynamic theoretical part teens are expected to participate in several interactive business games to unleash their leadership potential. The coach is Maria Abramchuk, MBA Kids’ principal teacher, who has been working with kids and teens since 2004. Since 2013, as a business trainer, she has been implementing training and development projects for staff, in particular as LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator and lecturer of her own training studio.
