  Development Programme on Social Communication Skills and Business Etiquette. Date: 06 December2017. Time: 10:00 18:00. Place: EBA Kyiv office, Andriyivskiy Uzviz 1A. You are welcome to a practical course helping to build basic skills of communication in business and social environment. Etiquette - is easy: the title conveys the approach to the training course: the most delicate issues and problems are solved with ease. By dealing with practical cases and modeling situations we will develop skills and practice the rules. The main task of this development programme is to show how democratization of life has influenced the rules of behavior in business and society in general. Which rules are obsolete and should be ignored – and  which should be followed  if you wish to build long-term relations with a business partner. Having successfully finished the program, you will receive certificate of completion.
