Advanced Project Management Development Programme

  • Status:We are working on the next season

About the Programme

Managers of the projects more often choose classical methods of project management as they have clearly stated structure and adjusted inner process. To meet expectations of the client and to keep up with the times it is necessary to support the balance between work volume, resources, time, quality and risks. Waterfall method or cascade model just assure such balance.

EBA Management Development Centre together with DEVELOR Ukraine launches the renewed Advanced Project Management Development Programme. During the modules of the Development Programme you will see advantages of classical methodologies, where it is better to use them. The 2-day practical course will help to understand how classical methods of project management can improve business results in complicated and quickly changed conditions of the modern market. Having successfully finished the development programme, you will receive certificate of completion.
