  Project Management Development Programme. Date: 12 March2018. Time: 10:00 18:00. Place: EBA Kyiv office, 1A Andriyivskiy Uzviz. There are several approaches of project management in the modern world, classical and flexible methodologies. Companies that choose different approaches, get a serious competitive edge in the market: rapid response on changes in demand, including a high competition for a client. Everything revolves around client, his preferences, impatience and his desire to get high-quality constantly developing product quickly. It is very difficult to implement innovations and compete on the market with no flexible approaches. During the modules you will see advantages of classical and flexible methodologies, where it is better to use them, and where the approaches will give quick results for business.Agile basics, Scrum and Kanban in a fundamental course “Agile Fundamentals with Scrum and Kanban”. Over four days you’ll have a chance to understand how Agile philosophy, Agile mindset, as well as Waterfall can improve business results in the complex and quickly changing modern market. You will learn about Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban and how they help to meet customer expectations faster. You will get familiar with adaptive planning approach, embedding feedback loops, continuous improvement culture (Kaizen) and other key Agile practices that improve your agility and competitiveness. You will also be able to choose directions for a more indepth learning. The programme’s partners and providers are DEVELOR Ukraine and Srumguides, that is certified with ScrumAlliance accredited by the Institute LeanKanban. The programme consists of a gentlemans set of the project manager and provides knowledge about basic tools, pitfalls, and most importantly - practical experience through practical training exercises and homework. This season  will present Agile, Scrum and Holacracy methods of project management. Having successfully finished the development programme, you will receive certificate of completion.
