Taking part in the training - you will choose the key for more effective usage of time, stress decline and ambitious purposes accomplishment.  EBA Management Development Team together with Victoria Sokolova invite you to participate in the Online-Training: The Art of Time-Management for Modern Life: Upgrade Yourself in the Era of Speed. Format: 80% of practice, 20% of theory.  Aim of the programme:  To develop habits in time-management for increasing personal and team productivity, improving the ability to delegate tasks, prioritize and lead resources in terms of time limits.   Task of the programme   Master modern approaches to time management and priorities.   Develop planning, delegation and concentration abilities.   Create practical strategies for getting balance between personal and teamwork.   Get aquianted with the instruments of corporate time-management for increasing productivity on an organizational level.  Result of the programme  Learn how to manage personal time resources in accordance with personal and professional aims.   Formulate skills of leader time-management: delegation, team motivation and control.   Get examples of the modern digital and offline instruments for time optimization.   Create individual plans for increasing productivity.   Syllabus  Module 1. Basics of time-management - February 18th, 18.00 - 20.00  Time as resource: managing/control.   Principles of SMART and Eisenhower matrix for prioritization.   Differences between personal and leading approach to time-management.   Practice:   Self-analysis: determination of “time absorber”.  Buidling of the ideal working day.   Task “Analysis of control and influence zones”.   Module 2. Planning and time organization - February 20th, 18.00 - 20.00   Instruments of short-term and long-term planning (GTD, Agile).  Methods of prioritization (ABC-аnalysis, Pareto ruls).  Practice:  Building of the personal week plans.   Training in prioritization on cases.   Practice with digital instruments.   Module 3. Delegation and managing team time - February 25th, 18.00 - 20.00    Delegation principles: whom, how and what.   Role and responsibility in team: RACI matrix.  Practice:  Task “Delegation under task”.  Role games: team managing deadlines.   Practice with distribution tasks in team.  Module 4. Personal productivity and stress management - February 27th, 18.00 - 20.00   Psychology of productivity: focus role and motivation.   Personal self-motivation. Work with different non-pleasant tasks. Work with complicated large-scale projects.   Energy management: techniques of recovery and stress-management.  Practice:  Task “Pomodoro technique”.   Instruments of time-management instruments for stress prevention in terms of multi-tasking.   Individual working plan with growth zones.   Trainers.
