It also encourages the participants to consider how to utilise others in times of uncertainty and how to communicate when under pressure. Utilising your team - how to manage strengths and weaknesses to aid individual and collective decision-making. By the end of the training, you will be able to: Understand and define why certainty and uncertainty are equally important for human growth. Understand the effect of ambiguity on different personality profiles and how to manage it. Understand the importance of reframing the unknown and find opportunity in ambiguity.
