  Online-Development Programme on Psychological Resilience. Date: 01 April2025. Time: 16:00 18:00. Language: Ukrainian. Place: Will be online. Psychological resilience is a necessary skill to live and work in the modern world. EBA Management Development Centre invites you to take part in the absolutely new Online-Development Programme on Psychological Resilience, the main purpose of which is aimed at: Providing psychoeducation of employees with basic concepts on the topics of mental health; Providing self-help tools and self-medication for oneself during the period of living under chronic stress to stabilize and restore the psychological state; Relieving the psycho-emotional stress; Development of resource recovery tools. This Online-Programme is practice-oriented – 40% theory, 60% practical application. Each module includes materials for independent study and homework (at the participants’ request). Having successfully finished the Online-Programme, participants will receive certificates of completion. SYLLABYS  MODULE I. Mental Health – November 05, 16:00-18:00: The challenges of war which we are facing now. What happens to the mental and physical state of individuals during the war. Definition of mental health and mental disorders. Myths about health and disorders. Familiarity with the concept of «Prosperity»: self-diagnosis of the participants. Introduction of «scale» of declining mental health. How to see «red flags» in yourself, close ones/colleagues. MODULE II. Stress in wartime: practical skills for overcoming acute and chronic stress (coping strategies) – November 12, 16:00-18:00: Physiology of stress. Psychological and physical stress. Internal, external, and organizational stress factors/stressors. First aid for acute stress: what to do and what NOT to do? My actions towards myself and others. Self-help protocol «Four elements» by Ilan Shapiro (Israel). Self-help for chronic stress: my coping strategies. How do I cope with stress now, and how to cope more effectively. Module III. Psychological resilience skills – November 19, 16:00-18:00: Psychological resilience: what is it? And how to develop it? Four types of resilience. Personality traits which contribute to resilience. Practical techniques of resilience. Model Basic PH: where to get resources for resilience. MODULE IV. Emotional regulation – November 26, 16:00-18:00: Emotional regulation is the basis of mental recovery and prevention of possible disorders. Techniques of emotional regulation for self-stabilization. Why are relationships with people and social support important? The practice of mindfulness is an effective tool for developing one’s own psychological resilience and awareness. MODULE V. Post-traumatic growth after crises and trauma: Is it possible in an ongoing war – December 03, 16:00-18:00: Definition and concept of post-traumatic growth (according to R. Tadeski). Post-traumatic growth is not the universal and guaranteed consequence of trauma and significant stress. The difference in the process of resilience and post-traumatic growth. What is important for us to do to move on a path of growth? Existential dilemma of post-traumatic growth. Post-traumatic growth as a process and a result.
