During the lecture we will dive deep into the world of modern project management. We will discuss the key skills needed for a successful project manager in today’s realities and examine the typical mistakes that Ukrainian and international companies most often make in project management.

We will also discuss how the pandemic and the war in Ukraine have impacted project management and how approaches to its implementation have transformed. The goal of the event is to help you develop a project management culture and improve your project management skills.

We will also discuss the book “How Not to Fuck Up a Project”. The author will share his story of what inspired him to write this book, the key problems he wanted to solve, and how his own mistakes became an important lesson in his career. You will learn how the author works on his own mistakes and what advice he can give to those who are afraid to make mistakes. He will also reveal which books and authors have most influenced his views on project management.

Speaker: Oleksiy Prosnitskyy, co-founder of “LEO Consulting” and The Project Management School “PRO PM”. He is a professional project manager, certified PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, and has an MVP award. He is an organizer of project management conferences and clubs, a jury member for selecting the best PMO in Ukraine, and the author of hundreds of articles about project management, books on Microsoft Project, and the book “How Not to Fuck Up a Project”.
