Employee Relocation Abroad and Potential Conflicts: Leaving and losing context: what to do to prevent this from happening with your employees? Integration tools for distributed teams. Personal Crises and Losses among Employees: What to talk about, how, and whether its worth discussing in the team? And if not talking, then acting? How to communicate with someone experiencing burnout. What kind of help can be provided in case of personal losses. Humanity vs. efficiency: is there such a dichotomy? Together, we will learn to: Analyze potential dividing factors (dividers) and avoid messages and actions that could contribute to conflicts and team polarization. Implement communication practices around unifying themes (connectors) that reflect common interests and values, supporting team cohesion. Create a safe environment for open discussion of problems and the search for common solutions. Practical Examples and Tools: Presentation of successful cases of using the Do No Harm methodology in internal communications. Tools for context analysis, risk identification, and development of communication strategies. Do No Harm Methodology: During the online - lecture, we will apply the Do No Harm methodology to analyze the context in which team communication occurs and to build communication strategies that minimize conflict risks, reduce anxiety, and decrease tension within companies.
