Facilitation for managers and team leaders is not just a tool for holding meetings, but a way to create effective interaction, involve the team in decision-making and strengthen leadership in the company. During our online lecture, we will analyse how facilitation helps in team management and how it can be applied in the daily work of a manager. Strategic facilitation:  Conditions for facilitation: facilitation skills, principles of neutrality, creating a safe space and ensuring equal participation of each employee.  The role of facilitation in shaping vision and strategic decisions: the benefits and opportunities facilitation offer to leaders.  Implementing change: involving the team in creating a change strategy and reducing resistance to innovation at all levels of the organisational structure.  Strategic vision: synchronising and aligning the vision of development across all departments and divisions.   Strategic facilitation tools: Scenario planning, Stakeholder mapping, Prioritisation, Focus, 5 Whys, SWOT analysis.  II.Tactical facilitation:  Using facilitation for rapid decision-making: structuring the discussion, gathering all points of view and deciding.  Regular team meetings (retrospectives, planning): to summarise results, assess progress and plan next steps.  Conflict resolution: facilitation sessions to openly discuss tensions and find solutions.  Conflict resolution: creating a safe environment to discuss controversial issues and find solutions through facilitation tools.  Change management: tactically managing change processes by reducing resistance and developing new approaches.  III.  Leadership in the organisation:   Facilitation as a tool for leadership development at all levels: Leadership Retrospective, Feedback Letters, Identifying and Strengthening Leaders.  Teamwork: creating a space where every employee can express their opinion, increasing their level of engagement.  Responsibility: employees are involved in creating solutions themselves, and as a result, the level of engagement and responsibility in the organisation increases.  Involvement and motivation: creating a sense of shared ownership of important processes.  Planning: designing a facilitation strategy for leadership development in an organisation.  The lecture will also provide an opportunity to discuss practical challenges in implementing facilitation techniques at different levels of the organisation.
