Online-Lecture: Facilitation as a tool for strategic and tactical team management and strengthening leadership in an organisation

Facilitation for managers and team leaders is not just a tool for holding meetings, but a way to create effective interaction, involve the team in decision-making and strengthen leadership in the company. During our online lecture, we will analyse how facilitation helps in team management and how it can be applied in the daily work of a manager. We will look at practical facilitation tools for solving strategic and tactical tasks, as well as for leadership development with a focus on strengthening leadership skills and team engagement.
