The project How are you, brother? explores the difficulties that have arisen and are arising due to full-scale war and collects experience on how best to overcome these difficulties. She has an MBA from Georgia State University and over 12 years of experience working and living in the United States, where she gained experience in consulting projects, in particular in building effective teams and setting up communications between departments. Questions for discussion: How and what to communicate with military personnel and veterans in different situations. How to effectively involve people in communication. How to restore communication at a distance if a person does not make contact. How to start a conversation in an ecological way. How to support the interlocutor through communication. How to avoid conflicts and disputes. And we will also talk about algorithms for communicating with those who have had traumatic experiences, at a distance, with those who have lost a loved one, with children, among the military, with veterans.
