The EBA Management Development Centre team together with Vladyslav Hazda invite you to participate in the Online-Lecture: Community Canvas: A Tool for Strategic Community Development Planning.  Target audience: business representatives who have or plan to develop internal or external communities.  What participants will gain: the blocks will be illustrated with real-life examples and case studies. Strong communities clearly understand who they are, why they exist, and what values they represent and uphold.  Experience. In the second part of the framework, we explore the community from the perspective of its members: what happens within the community and how it translates its purpose into actions that create real value for its participants.  Structure. The third part focuses on the operational aspects of community management. Many communities evolve organically over time, but only a few sustain themselves in the long run. Here, we will ask: what ensures the stability of a community and helps manage it effectively?   And after we will talk about how to turn strategy into practical outcomes.  Registration is obligatory.
