The activity of every company is a set of interconnected business processes that must be properly and efficiently managed, and the need to improve of which arises at the company sooner or later.
EBA Management Development Centre together with Oleksandr Pronishyn invite you to take part in the Online-Lecture: Business Processes: the Way to Organizational Excellence where the main components of business process theory and the features of the process approach to management, which each company can use to improve its efficiency and effectiveness, will be considered.
