  Online Development Programme on Corporate Governance: From Management to the Supervisory Board. Date: 13 November2023. Time: 16:00 18:00. Language: English/Ukrainian. Place: online (zoom.us ). Ukraine and Ukrainian business during the war show extraordinary resilience. And business management today requires adaptation to new conditions not only in Ukraine but also in the world in general. Work on attracting investments for the post-war reconstruction of the country has already begun. And one of the important elements of this process will be corporate governance, which involves the strategic balancing of the interests of many stakeholders of the company, ethical and transparent business conduct, and as a result - the viability of the company during crises, reliable business operation and attractiveness for investors. EBA Management Development Centre together with Amrop Baltics&Ukraine invites you to get acquainted with how corporate governance and its systems are structured and work. And also to acquire skills necessary for effective work in boards. After completing the training, you will have the opportunity to use the best examples of European corporate management experience in your work. The program will be conducted in two languages: English (modules 1, 2, 3, 6) and Ukrainian (4, 5).
