  Online Development Programme for Future Board Members. Date: 23 February2022. Time: 15:00 18:00. Language: Ukrainian/Russian. Place: online (via www.zoom.us ). If you feel that you have advanced your career high enough in terms of your functional and managerial expertise and you want to grow and to have a stronger impact on your organization or the field, then applying for the Board level position maybe one of the most interesting routes to take. And to succeed at that you will need the skills to acquire and we offer them at this programme. EBA Management Development Centre together with Amrop is launching the Online Development Programme for Future Board Members. The program’s purpose is to help senior managers to prepare themselves for their next career move by enhancing the competencies needed at the Board level. TARGET AUDIENCE Seasoned middle & senior management interested in roadmaps and competencies needed to become a successful Board candidate. New Board members seeking to enhance their skills at board and committees’ participation. The program will be focused on the following issues: What do you need to be a successful Board Member? What are the differences between Executive, Supervisory and Advisory Boards? What competencies are critical to build effective cooperation with other Board Members? What practical tools can be used to strengthen these competencies? Format: 8 weekly sessions (3 hrs each session online) Each session includes structured material, individual and group assignments, practical tools, and home tasks 4 guest speakers with real-life Board Experience to share practical tips on what it means to be a successful Board Member Requirements for completion: Active participation in no less than 7 out of 8 online sessions Completing home assignments Short group presentation (delivered in the end of the course (structure will be provided at the beginning of the course) What skills and knowledge you will acquire: MODULE 1.
