  Training Course “International Trade Basics 7.0”. Date: 02 October2024. Time: 11:00 15:00. Language: Ukrainian (without translation). Place: Will be online. The changing political and economic environment makes a direct impact on trade processes. In case of Ukraine, we see how rapidly the conditions for export and import can change depending on many factors — from internal martial law regulations to external restrictions of other contraries. In addition, Ukraine is harmonizing European customs legislation promptly. So, in particular, amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine (draft law 10411) were recently adopted. New changes occur regularly so  it can be quite difficult to navigate in it without acquired knowledge and skills. That is why the EBA Customs Committee continues to conduct International Trade Basics - a course that will help you better understand the practical component of processes and understand the new realities of international trade and customs regulation. This is two days course: October 2 (11:00-15:00) and October 3 (11:00-15:00), and will be dedicated to all current and relevant changes related to European integration and waiting for business in 2024. The course will be useful for the management of companies, including: in-house lawyers, heads of foreign trade departments. Upon completion of the course, all participants of the training will receive individual consultations from our experts, as well as a Certificate of completion of the training. Course program:. Module 3:  AEO and common transit preferences . Module 4: Criminalization of smuggling, changes in liability for violation of customs rules, customs value and classification of goods, current case law.
