The European Business Association invites you to join the discussion of the draft Law On Virtuous Lobbying No. 10337 dated December 13, 2023, which is currently being prepared for adoption by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the second reading. The draft Law was developed with the aim of creating the legal basis of lobbying in Ukraine in accordance with international practices, as well as to regulate the interaction of officials of state authorities and local self-government bodies with lobbying subjects, including representatives of businesses and public organizations. Therefore, the adoption of the Draft Law will affect both the activities of business associations and the activities of active business entities that submit their proposals for improving the business climate in Ukraine. Therefore, we invite you to discuss this Draft Law with representatives of the specialized Parliamentary Committee on Legal Policy, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption and the Government Office for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine, which will held on February 29 from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. via Zoom.
