  Complex Development Programme on Non-Violent Communication Instruments Awareness. Date: 17 May2021. Time: 10:00 18:00. Language: Ukrainian. Place: HUB 4.0, 1/3 Yaroslavskyi Lane. The main aim of non-violent communication  is the ability to create and support that quality of  relationship when the requirements of  each person may be met. This experience helps to create the atmosphere of the realised contact  with yourselves that gives a good  background  for searching understanding in contact with another person.   From time to time we appear in conflict situations at home or at work. It often seems to be that there is no outcome or... he/she  - is totally not right...If we distinguish conflict as a good possibility to become closer or fell off, and choose desire to understand and become closer – instruments of non-violent communication (NVC) will be good assistants.   We obtain feedback from time to time. Sometimes you want to hide under the blanket and listen to nothing because it strikes home. How to empathize someone and understand that is is worth to change something.  How to empathize yourselves? How to take care of yourselves?   Management Development Centre Team together with Svitlana Savchuk created new Complex Development Programme on Non-Violent Communication Instruments Awareness, that will help you at the communication territory. Having successfully finished the programme, you will receive certificates of completion. During the modules you will: Deepen awareness in the sphere of emotional intellect   Acknowledge with the methodology of non-violent communication   Investigate personal behavioral strategies in emotionally complicated situations   Complete the repertoire of techniques for solving conflict situations and holding meetings for giving feedbacks.
